Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle.

Lifetime Access Purchases

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all lifetime access purchases. If you are not satisfied with the course, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@mathsimplified.org with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if we detect abuse of the refund policy, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or if a significant portion of the course content has already been accessed.
