Math Simplified provides online educational courses, including video lessons, downloadable materials, and community discussion features. Access to course content requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed either monthly or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. All prices are listed in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, notes, and materials, is the intellectual property of Math Simplified and its instructors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: sharing account credentials, downloading or redistributing course content, posting harmful or inappropriate comments, or attempting to circumvent access controls.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to paid content will be revoked.

8. Limitation of Liability

Math Simplified is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
